Descartes Datamyne Notification


Dear Valued Customer,

This notice is related to the US Datamyne online application. Descartes is currently in the process of migrating the US Datamyne online application to new hardware in a new datacenter to help provide an improved customer experience.

As a part of this migration, the servers that you use to access Datamyne will be moved starting on Sunday, November 18, 2018 at 8:00 AM EST (UTC-5) to 11:00 AM EST (UTC-5). During this time Datamyne Systems will be unavailable.

Once the migration is complete, you will access the Datamyne application through the same URL that you currently use to access the application. However, please note that some of the IP addresses for some of the links within the application will change.
