Brush up on exporting basics with summertime webinars
The U.S. Foreign Commercial Services (USFCS) and the law firm of Husch Blackwell Sanders will host a webinar Wednesday, July 21, on the factors every U.S. exporter should weigh when drawing up an export distributor agreement. The U.S. Export Assistance Center in Atlanta has teamed with the University of Georgia SBDC to provide a series of free webinars on exporting at Export-U.com. Registration is required to access any one of 10 online seminars (more are in development) that will guide you through market research, costing, payment terms and other fundamentals of cross-border commerce. A three-part webinar on globalizing your company’s website includes an overview of international ecommerce.
