We are currently hiring the following positions:


Customer Care Representative

Our customer care representatives are empowered as advocates for our customers. They provide help and training aimed at ensuring each customer gets the full value from their subscription to Datamyne. They also elicit customer input to our product development and service enhancements. Our customer care reps will be very comfortable working with data and doing a variety of things to ensure our customers are delighted with our product. They will also work in a team environment with our business development managers, helping to foster long term customer relationships and growth of the book of business.

Responsibilities

  • Provides new customer training and on boarding
  • Ensures customer satisfaction in order to improve renewal rates.
  • Learns all about Datamyne’s products and competitive products in order to articulate the benefits and advantages of Datamyne
  • Provides ongoing account support and helps drive usage
  • Identifies and closes up-sell opportunities
  • Handles client problem solving
  • Records daily account activities in Salesforce

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Minimum 2 years business-to-business experience in customer support, preferably in information services industry, data products, media, or publishing
  • Highly motivated team player with strong written and oral communication skills, outstanding work ethic, demonstrated problem solving ability and negotiation skills, great follow-through, time management skills and attention to detail
  • Computer literate-working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, use of sales automation tools (Salesforce a plus), experience using complex databases

Business Development Manager

Our Business Development Managers are ambitious, self-driven, high energy producers who develop and drive forward new opportunities for Datamyne’s Commercial Sales Division, selling our online database to prospective customers. They also work in a team environment with our customer care representatives, helping to foster long term customer relationships and growth of the book of business.

Responsibilities

  • Meets or exceeds monthly sales budget
  • Effectively builds and maintains active pipeline of qualified sales opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
  • Develops and executes sales demonstrations to potential clients on-site and online
  • Closes new business
  • Maintains customer relationships, continuously assessing and communicating how Datamyne can meet their needs
  • Identifies and closes upsell opportunities
  • Manages pipeline and CRM accuracy related to prospecting and sales activity
  • Develops an in-depth understanding of all Datamyne’s products and competitive products to articulate the benefits and advantages of Datamyne

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Must be persevering, have excellent prospecting skills, strong hunter/closer mentality is essential
  • Must consistently meet and exceed revenue quotas
  • Minimum 3 years business-to-business sales experience preferably in data/information services industry
  • Computer literate-working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, use of sales automation tools (Salesforce a plus), experience using complex databases
  • Job conducted remotely from home-based office

Travel

  • Local travel required for sales presentations/product demos within assigned territory approximately 30% of time
  • Attend company meetings at Miami headquarters 2-3 times per year
