The American Journal of Transportation – AJOT – reports that Kerry Logistics has completed its US acquisition of a majority stake in APEX Maritime and its affiliates.
APEX ranks among the top three non-vessel operating common carriers (NVOCCs) in Asia-to-US import trade, according to Datamyne’s trade volume data.
