Datamyne, Research Consultants International FDI Partner on FDI Marketing Solution

Category: Press Releases

Combined offering identifies business expansion opportunities and helps line up investors

Miami and Montreal, January 19, 2016 – Datamyne and Research Consultants International FDI jointly announced that they are partnering to offer commercial data and analysis services designed to help economic development agencies line up new foreign direct investment into their local business expansion initiatives.

US-based Datamyne, a leading provider of international business intelligence, will supply the trade data, and Canada’s Research Consultants International FDI, specialists in investment attraction services, will provide the business development analysis and investment-promotion support.

“The combined offering has been packaged and priced to meet the needs of government agencies and non-government organizations whose mission is economic development,” says Mark Condon, Datamyne business development manager.

The Datamyne data driving the business development analysis is waterborne import data covering the details of freight shipments into a defined geographic area, including cargo descriptions, quantities and values, as well as the shipping and receiving companies, with links to company profiles.

“With this data, you can trace the commercial ties that link your region to global supply chains,” says Condon.

The data analysis provided by Research Consultants International includes a rigorous lead qualification process as well as follow-on support for identifying, contacting and presenting to key company decision-makers.

“Our partnered solution gives local and regional economic development teams the backing of world-class data, analysis and investment promotion,” says Adam Solomon, vice president, Business Development, Research Consultants International.
